Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?

Because every order is unique, we want to ensure your items are made to your exact specifications.
To do this, we request that you call the number on our "Contact Us" page so that you can speak with
us directly. Once you contact us, we will review your order and give you the mailing address that you
will send your flowers to.

How long will it take to get my items?

All items are mailed/delivered within two weeks of receipt of the flowers. At Lewis & Cruse, we don't
feel that people should wait months to enjoy their items that they have ordered from us. Please note,
due to very high volume during the holiday seasons, additional time may be required. Should your
items take longer than the normal two weeks, we will inform you at the time of order.

Can I choose the color of my beads or does the color of the flower dictate the color of the
beads?

Bead color is a personal choice and we strive to give you the color you desire. But just a little note on
red roses: they seem to have extremely strong colorant in them either naturally or dyed and the rose
and bead mixture tend to come out as a pinkish purple tint. It is our suggestion that if you have red
roses it is best to stay within that color family. But, this is up to you and again we will give you our
best to make sure the color you choose is the color you will have in your beads.

Is everything that you offer on the website?

This is your moment and your memories, to that end it is extremely important to us that have the
piece of remembrance jewelry, rosary or any other item that you will cherish for years come. Our
website has a multitude of ways that show how you can design that special bracelet, pendant or
rosary but, ultimately you are the designer.

Is Sterling Silver my only option?

No!  You may also choose gold Filled, 10K or 14K gold as well. However, due to fluctuating gold prices
we will need to quote prices at the time of order.

I noticed that your prices are well below others that offer similar jewelry,do you use
materials of lesser quality?

Absolutely not! We use only the highest quality materials that are available. It is our goal at Lewis &
Cruse to make our products affordable. We have priced our items to ensure that there is something
available for all price ranges!

Someone I cared about deeply passed away several years ago. I still have some flowers
from the funeral. Do the flowers need to be fresh?

The beauty of the process we use is that flowers of ANY age can be used. If an event happened
years ago a beautiful piece can still be created from those flowers. Also,
ANY flower that you have
saved can be used in the creation as well.

You have options on your pages for different styles of bracelets and pendants, what if I
would like something different?

The option page is only a starting point. You can choose to have your piece made from what we have
shown, or at consultations, we can design your piece with your custom requests.

How do I care for flower petal jewelry?

We want you to be able to wear your jewelry! A quick wipe with a damp cloth will clean your beads.
However, if you need to clean the sterling, you may use the liquid jewelry cleaners that are on the
market.  Just drop your item into the basket in the jar,  swish around to clean the sterling, rinse off
and dry.
Do not however, leave pieces sitting in solution for long periods of time. Our beads are not
harmed by liquids. But please, do treat your remembrance pieces like any other fine jewelry!

If there are any other questions that you might have, please go to the "Contact Us" page, fill
out the contact form or call us!  We would be happy to answer any questions that are not
listed in the FAQ!

Lewis & Cruse will keep remaining petals and created material on file for a period of one
year in the event you would want another piece created.
